Discovery and identification of new antiviral compounds effective against COVID-19 based on preliminary results in the detection of its internal library of compounds, recent structural studies with fragments and inhibitors of the main protease (Mpro) of SARS-CoV-2, and the previous experience in the inhibition of the virus protease.
