Diagnosis of situations, design of interventions and preparation of guidelines for the improvement of social behaviours in anticipation of future health and/or environmental crises.
To diagnose the situation of elderly people affected in their health by the COVID-19 and their coping strategies, through the analysis of their behaviours and reaction mechanisms to evaluate the effects of individual, family and social public policy measures in a context of elderly-friendly cities and in situations of personal and social stress in order to achieve an improvement in the quality of life and avoid social isolation and loneliness.
